“Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.” – Anthony Bourdain

Travel is a way to open our minds to new cultures, new experiences and changes our perspective of life. Overall, it teaches us values, gratitude, and resourcefulness while we capture a mosaic of memories along the way. If you’ve lived in another country, the experience can be humbling as you learn to see everyday life through another person’s eyes.
